I have worked hard, as an independent consultant, and with several management consulting companies, to have a noticeable impact on the client organizations I serve. My work benefits their people, their customers and their shareholders.

Experience with management consulting companies, and as an independent consultant, gives Eric an extensive background in the field. He has more than 25 years of international work experience, first in advertising and marketing, and during the last fourteen years in management consultation; including service quality and customer focus consultation, marketing strategy, and research. In addition to clients in the United States, he has worked for Canadian, Mexican, South Korean and Dutch clients.

At Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, Eric helped set up and develop the successful Center for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction.

A Dutch native, Eric graduated from Nijenrode Business School in Holland and then studied Marketing at the University of Colorado as a Fulbright Exchange Student.

Eric served as President of the Toronto chapter of the American Marketing Association, and is a member of the Strategic Leadership Forum.
